<p>All Empire UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We aim to get your order out the door as quickly as possible so you can get building sooner.</p>

<li><strong>Express Delivery:</strong> 1–2 working days (available at checkout)</li>
<li>All orders include a tracking number sent via email once dispatched</li>

<h2>Order Processing</h2>

<li>Orders placed before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched the same day</li>
<li>Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day</li>

<h2>Out of Stock Items</h2>
<p>In the rare event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately. You will have the following options:</p>

<li><strong>Reserve Your Order:</strong> Allow 7–14 working days for new stock to arrive. Your order will be held with a special reserve and fulfilled as a priority once stock is received.</li>
<li><strong>Store Credit:</strong> Receive the full value as Empire UK store credit to use on any future order.</li>
<li><strong>Full Refund:</strong> We will issue a complete refund to your original payment method, no questions asked.</li>

<h2>Tracking Your Order</h2>
<p>Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.</p>
